The Line — sites for gyms

Members sign up at midnight.

Gym websites that sell memberships and day passes online, book classes, and follow up your leads. Live in three weeks.

30 minutes, video or phone, no strings · sites from €290

Someone wants to join at 11 p.m. — your answer is a contact form.

Your classes run full or empty, and nobody knows which before pushing the door.

You’re on Instagram. Not on Google, where “gym near me” gets typed every day.

The appointment

Thirty minutes. We look at your plans, your peak hours, and where trials go to die.

The mockup

Within a week, your real gym in the real design. Not a generic template.

The launch

Three weeks after the go-ahead. Domain, hosting, Google listing — all wired.

The follow-up

We keep the site training: schedules, coaches, offers. You coach, we tend the line.

Portrait of the gym owner — illustrative example

A typical case — illustrative example

“We lost every lead that came after closing. Now the gym signs members while I coach.”
Vlad Marinescu — Forge Club, Iași

Starting point: leads lost after closing, memberships signed only at the desk. What went live: online sign-up and payment, class booking, automatic follow-ups. Followed over three months: new members in the evening too, the desk free for the people in the room.

The studio is new: this case illustrates the method, not a client of ours. The first real case studies arrive with the first launches.

How much for your gym?

Your plan is already drawn: adjust it in two minutes and see a price we stand by. No email asked to see it.

from €290the exact number is the configurator’s job

Recommended gym plan: €580 + Care €89/month (optional) · 1 option is priced on the call, outside this total

Not included — said before the call
  • domain name (about €15 a year, in your name)
  • copywriting
  • photography
  • third-party licences
Hosting, SSL and backups come with every Care plan, from €39 a month. Without Care, hosting is yours to arrange.

You see the mockup of your own site first — the 50% deposit is due only once you approve it. After the call the quote can only go down.

The questions we get asked.

How much does a gym website cost?

The price starts from a base set by the number of pages, then each module — joining online, class booking, follow-ups — adds itself at a displayed price. Two minutes in the configurator, no email asked.

How fast is the site live?

Three weeks in all: the mockup within a week, then two once you approve it. Domain, hosting, Google listing: wired at launch.

Can I change the schedule myself?

Yes — classes, coaches and prices are pages you edit in minutes. A cancelled class disappears before anyone drives over.

How do recurring memberships work?

Recurring billing is a quoted module: we scope your plans and payment provider at the call, then wire it so members join and pay without you touching a thing.

What happens to my Google listing?

We take it over with the site: hours, photos and reviews synchronised. It ships with the launch.

What if I run challenges or seasonal offers?

Planned for: an offer page you toggle on, and the follow-up plan keeps promotions fresh. You coach, we tend the line.
