The Line — sites for hair salons

Every chair busy, no phone rush.

Salon websites where clients book with a deposit, see your work in a real gallery, and get SMS reminders. Live in three weeks.

30 minutes, video or phone, no strings · sites from €290

A Saturday no-show is an hour of your life gone, scissors in hand.

Your best work lives on Instagram — where nobody books.

The phone rings mid-colour, and nobody can answer with gloves on.

A typical case — illustrative example

“Saturday no-shows cost me my rent in lost hours. Deposits ended them in a month.”

Starting point: Saturday no-shows, a diary kept on Instagram. What went live: booking with a deposit, SMS reminders, a gallery that updates itself. Followed over one month: no-shows nearly gone, Saturdays full two weeks ahead.

The studio is new: this case illustrates the method, not a client of ours. The first real case studies arrive with the first launches.

The questions we get asked.

How much does a salon website cost?

The price starts from a base set by the number of pages, then each fixed-price module — online booking, for example — adds itself at a displayed price. Booking with a deposit and SMS reminders are priced on the call, never slipped into the total. Two minutes in the configurator, no email asked.

How fast is the site live?

Three weeks in all: the mockup within a week, then two once you approve it. Domain, hosting, Google listing: wired at launch.

Can I update prices and the gallery myself?

Yes — the price list and the gallery are pages you edit from your phone between two clients.

How do deposits work?

A small card deposit holds the slot and comes off the bill; it’s scoped at the call with your amounts and your cancellation window. No-shows melt.

What happens to my Google listing?

We take it over with the site: hours, photos and reviews synchronised. It ships with the launch.

Can clients pick their stylist?

Yes — each stylist has a diary, a page and a book button. Regulars follow their scissors.
